A: You can contact Marie Pochatek at gristhree@hotmail.com.

Q: How do I get to the Fairgrounds?

A: The Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds (a.k.a. The Berea Fairgounds) are located approximately 1 mile west of I-71 at the Bagley Road Interchange (Exit 235). Please see the Directions/Maps page to get specific driving directions from your location.

Q: What kind of food is available?

A: Ribs, ribs, and more ribs, which you can wash down with with a slab of ribs. Click here to view the list of participating ribbers.

Q: Is there a Bike Night this year?

Q: How are the ribs judged?

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: While many ribbers and merchants at Berea's National Rib Cook-Off and Beer Fest do accept credit cards, admission to the festival is cash only, and runs $10 per person (excepting our FREE Before 5pm promotion on FRIDAY ONLY). Once inside the festival grounds, ATMs are available should you need to withdraw cash.

Q. Besides ribs, are other food options available?

A. In addition to great ribs, all rib teams offer chicken and some even have shrimp on their menu.  Also, a long-time food concession of Berea’s National Rib Cook-Off & Beer Fest is Sue’s Pierogi’s.  Sue also offers the best deep-fried veggies you will ever find.

Q. Are dogs allowed?

A. We realize that our pets are a part of the family.  However, we respectfully request you leave them at home.  This kind consideration is to keep everyone attending Berea’s National Rib Cook-Off & Beer Fest safe.  Licensed Service Animals welcome!
